Mordechai Olesky received a MS degree from College of Agriculture, University of Florida. His specialty was in non-toxic sustainable plant protection, particularly focusing on biological and integrated control of pests. He has been a past presenter at Torah and Science Conferences and continues to be an agricultural consultant with extensive experience in Central America, the Caribbean, and Asia. Born and raised in Miami, Mordechai has been a member of Shul of Bal Harbour for 30 years.
