Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Did you know that Israeli vintners have won numerous awards at major competitions—even best winery in the world—and are consistently rated as excellent (90 points and above)? In just 20 years Israeli wines have gone from primarily sweet Manischewitz-style Kiddish wines to classic dry wines like Savignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon. Today's Israeli wines are recognized as among the world’s best by virtually all authorities, including the renowned Robert Parker.  This double session provides an overview of the history of wine-making in Israel and its contemporary wine revolution, exploring its wine regions, best wine grape varietals and finest wineries. You will also have a chance to taste several quality white and red Israeli wines. Note: Open to those 21 and older with a photo ID.
