The Role of a Rebbe

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

As a Chabad Rabbi I often hear the same question: Why are you guys so obsessed with your Rebbe? Aren't you taking it overboard? Who says we need a Rebbe anyway?  All this and more will be presented in a captivating discussion, addressing, What makes a Rebbe a Rebbe? Does Judaism even allow intermediaries between man and G-d?  Why do I need a Rebbe?  Don't I already have a direct connection to G-d?
