Living in the diaspora or in Israel, Jewish artists employ a range of themes and motifs that come out of their experiences as Jews and as artists. Join the conversation on what makes certain art and artists Jewish. By referencing criteria cited in Jewish museums world-wide, Levitin will explore how artists use Jewish history, culture, and Judaica as expressions of their Jewish identity and as components of their art.
